Product Overview

The boiler drum water level is the most important process parameters.Its stability directly affects the safe operation of the boiler and steam quality, affecting thermal efficiency of the boiler and furnace condition is good or bad. The control system uses three or two impulse regulation: namely, the steam drum water level as the main adjustment signals, the steam flow as feed-forward signals, water flow as the feedback signal.

As a result of the steam flow from feed-forward, excluding the impact of a false level, as soon as possible to overcome the external interference factors; using water flow as a feedback to overcome the internal disturbance factors, so that regulate water quality greatly improved.

The system includes a computer drum water level automatic control system, steam drum water level color display system, drum water level color camera remote monitoring system, steam drum water level in the more limited sound and light alarm systems.

Function
